Zurück in meiner alten Heimat, erfüllt mich bei meiner Ankunft Euphorie. Endlich bin ich wieder auf der Suche nach Früher, dem Leben, einem Ort in all den Gesichtern. Ich sehe mir die Menschen an, begreife langsam, dass es vielleicht wirklich keinen Grund dafür gab, all die Jahre ausgerechnet an einen Bestimmten gedacht zu haben. Andererseits, was heißt das schon, wenn man Tag für Tag an so vielen verschiedenen Gesichtern vorübergeht.

Recently, I moved to another town to spend some time there. These days of summer are quite unspectacular, not much feelings involved. Just to go for a run, some mountain biking, or swimming in a river nearby. My flat is nice, but a little lonely as well. Probably, I do enjoy the time of dusk the most. Watching out silently into the sky. Yet, I do feel a little bit useless due to the recent absence of photography. Therefore, I did a re-processing of a few images I’d captured in bluebell season, mainly in the years of 2018, and 2019. I had published some of these photographs during my first days on Behance but tried to put them in a better order now. This year, I actually visited these places but no matter of the likely improved skills in photography, the results wouldn’t have been that good. The forests are in constant change, and maybe no longer as nice as they have been back then. Of course, I’m not a hundred percent satisfied with my results but also think the images of the path with light mist in the air are worth of showing.
